About EveryCase

EveryCase helps personal injury firms turn medical-record packets into source-linked chronologies, records audits, and firm-voice demand drafts — so associates spend time on argument, not transcription. EveryCase does not provide legal advice or independently diagnose medical conditions. It helps legal professionals review, organize, verify, and draft from the records they provide.

What we build

One upload produces one case record. From that record we generate the reports your team already needs — medical chronology, records audit, ICD-10 / CPT index, TBI evidence review, case-strength memo, and a demand package drafted in your firm's voice. $500 per case. All core case reports included. No subscription.

We are not a replacement for counsel. We organize, flag, and draft. Your attorneys review, revise, and decide what goes out.

How we work with firms

  • Work product, not pitch decks

Attorneys evaluate EveryCase on a closed case of their own — a free demand letter and MedChron — not a slideshow. If the deliverable is wrong, the relationship ends there.

  • Cite-to-source by default

Every chronology entry, code, and flag links back to a page in the packet. Your team verifies without rereading the banker's box.

  • Narrow license, short retention

You keep ownership of submitted materials. We process under a narrow service license, retain evaluation files for 30 days by default, then delete. No model training on your cases, ever. Your data is your data.

Who handles your files

Case materials are accepted only through the authenticated secure portal after email verification and BAA acceptance. Access is limited to personnel and subprocessors required to provide, secure, and support the service — with audit logging and least privilege.

We do not publish invented individual bios. If your intake policy requires a named operator for an evaluation, ask us before you upload and we will tell you who will touch that matter.

Where processing happens

Production workloads run on cloud infrastructure in the United States. Subprocessors (hosting, auth/storage, email, payments, case processing) are listed in our security documentation and available on request. Evaluation files default to 30-day retention, then deletion — see Document handling and Security.
