Customer content and license

You retain all rights to materials you submit (including case files and templates). You grant EveryCase a narrow, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, process, secure, display, and otherwise use those materials as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the services you request.

This license is not perpetual or irrevocable beyond what is reasonably required to operate the service and meet legal obligations. It ends when materials are deleted from our systems according to our retention policy, except for limited copies retained for security, dispute, or legal compliance purposes.

EveryCase does not use customer content to train machine-learning models — ever. Your data is your data.

Evaluation and professional use

Evaluation and production use of case materials is subject to our Evaluation Terms, Business Associate Agreement, and Document Handling policy. EveryCase does not provide legal advice or independently diagnose medical conditions. It helps legal professionals review, organize, verify, and draft from the records they provide.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or upload malware.

Disclaimers and liability

The Site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryCase disclaims warranties and limits liability as set forth in the counsel-approved final terms.
