These Evaluation Terms apply when you request your first demand letter is free. on a firm-supplied closed case.

• One free demand letter + MedChron per verified firm.
• Work email verification and firm qualification required.
• Click-through BAA required before upload.
• Use a closed case you are authorized to share for evaluation.
• Deliverables are for your internal evaluation; EveryCase does not provide legal advice or independently diagnose medical conditions. It helps legal professionals review, organize, verify, and draft from the records they provide.
• Subsequent cases are billed at $500 per case unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Counsel-approved final text should replace this operational summary before production PHI upload is enabled.
